ORCHARD – luxury pod located beneath Sam Rosses’ old apple trees; it faces south for sunshine. It has a double bed, a toilet and handwash basin, mini kitchen, dining table and a pull-out sofa for extra family members. NOTE: Full bedding is supplied for the double bed and also towels. However YOU NEED TO BRING the sleeping bags, pillows and towels for persons using the pull out sofa, or we can supply this for €10 per person per stay
Cost: €135 per pod per night

CELTIC – A luxury pod next to the “daimh liag”…. A stone structure reminiscent of Drimoleague’s first church of the 8th century which was located near here. There is a wonderful view out over the Castledonovan hills. This pod has a double bed, a toilet and handwash basin, mini kitchen, dining table and a pull-out sofa for extra family members. NOTE: Full bedding is supplied for the double bed and also towels. However YOU NEED TO BRING the sleeping bags, pillows and towels for persons using the pull out sofa, or we can supply this for €10 per person per stay.Cost: €135 per pod per night (less in low season)

SHEEPFOLD – In 1842 this tiny field served as the fold for sheep at the great Top of the Rock fairs of days gone by. Located in the highest part of the Pod Páirc it commands an excellent view over the Ilen Valley. This family pod has a double sofa bed (lower sheet supplied) and one single camp bed (lower sheet supplied) and two extra mattresses (bring sleeping bags for these). It can hold up to four adults, or a family of two adults and 3-4 small children. NOTE:YOU NEED TO BRING DUVETS, PILLOWS AND TOWELS. We can supply these but it will cost €10 per person per stay. The full facilities of the campsite kitchen, showers, laundry and games room are close by. (If yours is a larger family with teens you can put up a small tent adjacent to the pod for an extra €15 per night) Cost: €99 per pod per night

WILD FRUITS – located beside a fence where Irish ‘fraughans’ or blue berries have always flourished. This new pod has underfloor heating. It looks out over the green paddock where sheep and lambs graze. It is a family pod with a double sofa bed(lower sheet supplied) and a single campbed (fitted sheet supplied) and 2 extra mattresses (bring sleeping bags for these) NOTE:YOU NEED TO BRING THE DUVETS, PILLOWS AND TOWELS. We can supply these but it will cost €10 per person per stay. The full camp facilities are just 80 meters away. (If yours is a larger family with teens you can put up a small tent adjacent to the pod for an extra €15 per night)

EVERGREEN – this new family sized pod with underfloor heating overlooks the animal paddock and the children playground. This pod holds two adults and up to four children. It is equipped with a double sofa bed and a single camp-bed and up to 3 extra mattresses. NOTE:YOU NEED TO BRING THE SHEETS, DUVET, PILLOWS AND TOWELS. We can supply these but it will cost €10 per person per stay. The facilities of the campsite are just 35 meters away.

CARTWHEELS – this new family sized pod with underfloor heating overlooks the main building and the children’s playground. This pod holds two adults and up to four children. It is equipped with a double sofa bed and a single camp-bed and up to 3 extra mattresses. NOTE:YOU NEED TO BRING THE SHEETS, DUVET, PILLOWS AND TOWELS. We can supply these but it will cost €10 per person per stay. The facilities of the campsite are just 35 meters away.

MOSCOVY – This new family pod has underfloor heating. It is designed a family of two adults and 3-4 small children. It is equipped with a double sofa bed with fitted sheet, one camp bedand two extra mattresses . NOTE:YOU NEED TO BRING THE SHEETS, DUVET, PILLOWS AND TOWELS. We can supply these but it will cost €10 per stay. The facilities of the campsite are located just 30 meters away.

FUSCHIA – this new family size pod with underfloor heating, enjoys a panoramic view of the Castledonovan hills and is bounded by a fuschia hedge, a glorious plant which flourishes in West Cork. This pod holds two adults and up to four small children, It is equipped with a double sofa bed and a single camp bed, and two extra mattresses NOTE:YOU NEED TO BRING THE SHEETS, DUVET, PILLOWS AND TOWELS. We can supply these but it will cost €10 per person per stay.   The facilities of the campsite are located just 30 meters away.

Each pod has soft lighting, heating, and two electric sockets. Electricity is included in our price. All pods are situated in their own private lawn area with space for your car. A picnic table is supplied. VAT at 13.5% is included in this price.

Pets Policy

Pets are only allowed under certain circumstances, but never in your pod. Large dogs aren’t allowed because of sheep and lambs nearby. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
