Glamping is a phenomenon which has been around for some time. It combines the desire to be camping close to nature, yet somewhat shielded from the worst elements in a slightly more permanent structure with some home comforts. Over the years glamping has evolved to a encompass a huge variety of structures from yurts to shepherd huts to pods. From time to time prominent newspapers publish lists of their top glamping choices. We are surprised and delighted to be featured in The Times Travel Supplement of Saturday 18th April 2015 among the twenty best glamping sites in Europe.
